The beginning
of the year always sparks a surge for people to start new habits. Let journaling be your new habit. It is helpful in learning about oneself, taking
time to relax and thought provoking. Please
come back every month to find new journal prompts to keep you inspired.

Biblically the number 6 represents man, the day man was created,
and the month of Father’s Day is the month of June. The direction of creation and man is what
lead to this month’s journal prompts.

I find journaling to be a good way to wind down from the day’s activity and to have some
reflection time. At the end of every
month there was always a search for a new journal posting, so I set out to come
up with one on my own. I hope you enjoy!
